We have over 16 years experience deploying Lean and Six Sigma in companies such as AlliedSignal, Honeywell, Ford, Flextronics and IKEA.
The approach that we take deploying Lean and Six Sigma is tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. One programme that we are currently providing for one client comprises 2 waves of Black Belt training, 8 waves of Green Belt training, Kaizen workshops, Design for Six Sigma at locations in USA, France, Poland, Brazil and Asia.
We also provide public training courses and project support. Our next public course starts 16th April 2012 in Cardiff, UK.
