After the successful period as an external Jeroen was asked to join TS and to set up the new Design department. The main objective was to develop the full design strategy. Due to the lack of experience Jeroen failed to understand "corporate politics(back-stabbing and dishonesty)". Instead of 3 month time to work on the strategy Jeroen had to do it in 3 days and with the help of a fantastic colleague the strategy was delivered in time and accepted.

Hired by VP Product and Services to help to set up the new design department. Jeroen roughly layed out the design strategy and as a result of that Jeroen was hired to become head of design after a 6 month period in which he developed the full design strategy.
