Sr. Software Developer & Team Manager at Nomovok Ltd.
Finland
I'm an all-around, versatile software developer with high work ethics, able to jump into new things and familiarize quickly as I'm fast learner of designs, techniques and languages. I'm very adaptable, get along well with anybody and I'm always ready to face new challenges. I'm not afraid of voicing my opinions if I feel I have something to contribute. I read of a lot to keep my horizon wide, to understand the bigger picture.
I enjoy creating real, quality solutions. I want to maximize user experience and minimize frustration of using software I develop, and improving intelligence of the software in general. End-user should not be punished by lazy design or poor implementation!
I want to improve tools and processes for developers themselves too, to avoid also their frustration and maximize productivity. As a team manager I've vowed to promote my team members, help them in any way I can and help them flourish as professionals.
My goals are to establish myself as a recognized specialist and also as respected manager. I'm all about providing maximum possible value to the projects I'm part of.
